Is "cast" a completed spell or the start of a spell?

Basically, will Spoil Victor trigger as soon as the spell is activated, or will it trigger when the spell is complete?

More precisely, will Spoil Victor deal damage to a boss if all his spells are being interrupted?

I tried searching the forums and the wiki, but I'm not finding anything useful.

Thanks,
Sarah

If the For is interrupted SV will not trigger.

Elite Hex Spell. (3...13...15 seconds.) Causes 25...85...100 Health loss whenever target foe attacks or casts spells on a creature with less Health.
According to the wordings, mob have to succeed in casting the spell. It's not always consistent with wordings though so I guess you just have to try it out. Try outside Augury Rocks, Spoil Victor against a Meteor Shower.. that's plenty of time to see the condition.

I just tested on the kappa in HM outside Gyala (55 necro using Spoil Victor)
it is clear that they take damage when their spell is COMPLETE.
This indicates that they wouldnt take damage from SV if their spell is interrupted.
