That'd be on the same level as offering double zkeys each time you buy one AND double faction (essentially 4xfaction).

Then everyone that came from PvE being drawn in by the PvP rewards will just go back to PvE to farm and continue ignoring PvP completely. It's like MQSC, JQ, and AB. One is substantially faster than the other.
