There is not storybooks for everything, theres storybooks for everything with a story, hence the name. The only thing with somewhat lesser story material that have books is dungeons, but they still have far more story in them than vanquishing.
Rewards are fine as they are so kinda glad you at least didn't ask for that.
Aside from the lack of story which would make a storybook silly, there is the point others here made. If all you want is keeping track of which areas you vanquished and which you didn't... use the map while in HM, and for checking numbers there a title tab where you can see you vanquished x out of y areas or each of the campaigns.

/not signed, what exactly would the reward be more gold? kind of lame imo. i highly doubt anyone will ever agree to this idea, you're talking rewards like-- tyria = all XP/gold...factions= gold/xp/ kurzick& or luxon..NF-gold/xp/ ss & lb..and eotn: just rep? adding a book would just defeat the purpose of the Zaishen Vanquishes...just suck it up and deal with it

We don't need storybooks for vanquishing for the sake of being able to keep track of them, since we can do that already, and we don't need extra rewards for those vanquishes either. Even then, I don't even think the storybooks that currently exist are capable of holding fifty or so pages that you might need in order to vanquish something like Tyria.
Let's see... it seems that books have a limit of entries. I think it was 18.
But we have way over 18 areas in each region.
The number of books would be... undesirable...
Also, what would you put in those books? What's the history they would show?
"You went there, you killed everything that was there" repeated again and again?
There no need for more rewards, since there's plenty already, and to keep track of them, you have the title and the Travel Map.
