Hello everyone. I've been playing GW for a decent amount of time now, but this question that I'm about to ask has never crossed my mind until right now.

How much, approximately, does the Ranger's Expertise Attribute reduce the recharge time of their abilities?

I've looked on GuildWiki, but all I found were Energy related charts, articles, etc...

Thanks for your time and consideration all.

Ranger's Expertise decreases energy cost, not recharge.

It doesn't...?

For each rank of Expertise, the Energy cost of all of your attacks, Rituals, touch skills and Rangers[sic] skills are decreased by 4%. Several skills, especially those related to Energy costs and skill recharge times, become more effective with higher Expertise.

It says especially those [skills] related to Energy costs and skill recharge times are effected by Expertise. For example: Trapper's Speed and Practiced Stance. Both are in the Expertise attribute line and reduce skill recharges.

Expertise does not reduce recharge time.

As far as I know, expertise doesn't affect recharge time - it only affects energy cost. Perhaps you're getting it confused with Fast Casting.

As far as the above goes, They are talking about some other skills that affect recharge time becoming more effective because of the decrease in energy required - not because Expertise reduces the recharge time.

Actually. This is true. I just re-read the Tool Tip. It affects skills that are simply related to recharge times. It doesn't infact decrease recharge times. Thanks for the info all.

All the description is saying is that with in the Expertise skills, some reduce energy cost and skill recharge...and those skills become more effective when you have more attribute points in expertise.
