PvP: LF PvP Guild/Alliance

Are there any guilds/alliances out there that gvg/ha on a daily basis and don't mind teaching noobs?

I got gw a 12 months ago and have pretty much dominated pve. I'm up to 42 HoM points and have decided to work on GWAMM as well in preparation for gw2.

I've been in a great alliance for the past 10 months, but they don't pvp. currently i suck at pvp but want to get good. I'm pretty laid back and a clean player. I take criticism well as long as it's constructive.
