PC on Golden Phoenix Blade?

To my complete and total bewilderment i got a q9 inscribable Golden Phoenix Blade out of the Z-chest today instead of some crappy little creme brulee or firewater and I was wondering if someone might be able to give me some idea as to what it is worth. I know its probably not worth an ungodly amount of ectos or anything like that, but I thought the skin was cool enough to have some value to it. If anyone could get back to me that would be great.
