Weapon for paragon hero

She's mostly motivation build, what kind of spear will be the best? Vampiric, Sundering or Zealous?

Any. There is really no positive with any one and the negative to vampiric is the degeneration. Zealous won't do anything because with atleast one adrenaline shout the emanage is perfect.

I would probably say vampiric, but it's really all up to personal preference. Zealous spearheads are often wasted on Paras due to the tremendous e-management of Leadership. Some people like furious spearheads - with Dark Fury or Focused Anger, a furious spearhead essentially nets you 1/5 of an adrenaline point per hit. Not tremendous, but not entirely inconsequential. Another option would be to run a cruel or silencing mod depending on your hero's build. And, of course, don't forget the obligatory 15^50 and +30hp/+5al.

Furious and Vampiric I use most often, and always +5e... since para are rubbish damage dealers S%H is a bit pointless.

If I want to deal damage I take my derv.

Furious. Vampiric isn't needed at all, Sundering is bad since Paragons does so little damage to begin with. Vampiric is decent but I feel the extra adrenaline which equals to more damage/utility is better overall.

Furious, +5 ene, hp +30. Period.
Paras dont need anything more.
