WTB : Dragon Staff, Fire or Earth

As stated I've always wanted a dragon staff (proper Canthan one, not the EotN version)

Good stats a must would prefer fire, but will consider earth magic. Would like energy storage but don't think that exists.

High req is fine, don't want to spend millions on it.

Please let me know if you have one available.

ok managed to get a req 12 fire, happy with that. would be tempted by a req 9, but would have to be a very cheap price. 20 - 30 ectos
