The 'correct' VoS build

I've delayed this for a while but I want to get back into FoWsc again so now seems appropriate.

A couple of weeks ago whilst in a run, someone said that I was using the slightly outdated build, the one that I got from http://www.gwpvx.com/Build:Team_-_FoW_Manly_Spike and it's still the same there.

Then the next group asked me to ping and they just kicked me without anything being said. When I ask people for the correct build, they either ignore me or link me the exact one I am using, so could someone enlighten me.#

The one on pvx is the one which deals the most damage, and depending on your own filling of the optionals can have great energy management, dual steps, quick recharge or great survival. Some people insist on taking strange things like IaTS and EVAS though these add nothing as they drain energy for adding just a very small amount of damage to a 1000 dmg spike.

All the skills you really need are VoS, Eremites, Death's charge and Staggering force. The rest is completely optional, though sand shards and IAU are highly recommended.
