Outcast Staff, r9 Illusion, OS, 20% HRC spells, 20% HCT Illusion inherent.

Sold an outcast with exact same mods not two months ago for 30 or 35e, i think, and there was only two bidders on a longish auction.

Be lucky to get 25e on the plague.

agreed with mountain on both...and running a staff instead of a 40/40...? makes no sense.
