I havent really seen a celestial shield like this with 2 inscription type aspects. Anyone know the price range?

Search around the WTB forum for some of the collectors that like things like this. Rare skin, q9, gold, 2 inscriptions...someone is bound to give you 5k or so for it. Otherwise it's practically useless and worthless.
