Need help PC on caster stuff

Holy Staff: +10 energy, 11-22 fire(req 10 divine)
+5 energy, +1 healing prayer(16%)

Shadow Staff: +10 energy, 11-22 earth(req 8 earth)
7% casting, 8% recharge, +26 life, +1 fire(18%)

Grim Casta: 12 energy(req 8 death)
+1 healing prayer(19%) -----should be profect for MM

first one, +5 energy what condition?
second one....+1 fire mag wrap is very valuable i think. lookin at the price guide for them, id GUESS around 50-70k. thats just goin off the mod baselines guess
cesta - Thre is a collector item out there thats a little less complicared of a requirement, @ 20%, so i would guess this one at around 5k

No keep the shadow that's pretty nice you can probably get 40-60k for it.
the +1 fire magic is pretty useless since it isn't perfect IMO.
