To expand:

There are many servers that host your game. The one you connect to changes all the time and the adress of it is displayed. Knowing this can get important in case a server has trouble (for example, if your ping suddenly goes into the tens of thousands, or if you keep getting disconnected from the game), as sometimes simply switching servers by relogging in can clean up these issues.
