Imperial faction for non Luxon & Kurzick Vanquishs, etc.

Imperial faction for non Luxon & Kurzick Vanquishs, Zaishen Missions and Bounties.

Would be nice to be able to then use it towards Luxon, Kurzick or Balthazar faction.

But than you could VQ for Balth faction, which is PvP faction, thus negating the face that it exists.
You get Balth faction from PvP stuff, not "non Luxon & Kurzick Vanquishs, Zaishen Missions and Bounties".

/notsigned AT ALL this is probably worse then the last person who asked for a book for vanquishes...i've vanquished cantha 5 times completely..and wanting imperial faction on 18 vanquishes non- luxon& kurzick is just absurd. do it, and as Nilator said that would mean converting it to Balth which isn't and WILL NEVER be considered a PvE accomady. honestly, i think /close tbh no ones going to sign this off >.>

I do not agree with the imperial for the non-faction zones. I do think it would be nice to possibly have them treat imperial faction the same as lets say JQ in the luxon or kurzick areas.

My main reasoning is it gets very old VQing the same zones over and over to gain faction it would be nice to be able to switch sides once and awhile and just turn in imperial faction to gain Luxon points for doing a Ferndale VQ for example, but it isn't a big deal to me.

I am still hoping Winds of Change will offer some different opportunities to gain some additional faction to break up the monotony.

If Imperial Faction were only convertible to Kurzick and luxon faction, I'd "/sign" this. (they are horrible grind-fest titles) But, Imperial Faction can be converted to Balthazar faction as well, and that's PvP only stuff and should stay PvP only stuff. So I'm going with...

Because faction is for factions only. It would be stupid to do a bounty in tryia and get faction for it, and then you would have people that dont have factions and then what?
Balths is PvP. I can really see someone doing a vanquish and being able to buy a z-key.People will be asking for stuff just because they log in soon so......

But instead of Imperial, you give equal amount of Kurzick and Luxon faction.

If player chooses to spend one, he looses other so it would work like Imperial faction, but without ability to convert it to Balth faction that people here seem to hate.

That is a damn gd reason why its bad idea.
Lets say a teams doing a speedclear or a damn fast vq of somewhere like err grenths footprint - they can clear it in say err 20 mins and they get xx imp faction - multiply by 3 and thats still a lot of imp faction in an hr compared to PvP and it would mean tho able to sc/vq would be the winners till prices fell for items got thru imp faction converting.
I can see that the op would probably be the first to complain when zkeys fall to 1k each and other prices fall as well - and who would get the blame ? PvE players and only because someone wanted imp faction for non faction vq.

What happens then for nightfall - do you get ss/lb points are well as imp faction coz nf doesnt have factions ?

I think you are being quite dull here and nitpicking on strawmans.

It should seem kinda obvivous that Factions areas/missions are supposed to ge this treatment per OP, not anything else.

tradable zaishen keys and flames of balthazar are already doing a good job of making PvP a waste of time

I agree with this as it wuold enable players who dislike PvP to unlock skills for their heroes. And since PvP has been getting PvE rewards I don't see a problem with PvE getting PvP rewards anyway.

OP says non luxon/kurzick areas. Doesn't say what campaign. The ring of fire is a non kurzick/luxon area.
What PvP award you thinking off?

Ok, just talking about Factions campaign, it would not be right to get faction from a non Faction campaign Mission. Sorry I was not clear on that.

Since Imperial faction can be used for Balthazar, I'd have to say no to this. However, how about adding a Kurzick priest and Luxon priest to every shrine? You can talk to one of them and get that faction for the zone (talking to one automatically turns the other one off).

I would be all for this, if it wasn't for the Balthazar conversion.

Since you can get Balthazar points from Imperial faction, Imperial Faction should NOT be obtainable in PvE.

There would have to be a 5th PvE Imperial Faction for this.
