What do you plan to do with your high-end items as GW2 looms closer?

Here is an interesting topic, and one I'm sure we're all excited and curious about.

Does everyone have plans on what to do with their high-end items (asian minis, old-school weapons, etc) before the release of GW2?

Will you sell them all or let them collect dust? and for that matter, what would you do with all the ectos and armbraces?

seeing as how i'm from texas aswell... lol and in houston... i'm go hard and throw them all out da window... ha ha ha. no seriously.. i plan on selling as much of my stuff as i can. and buying a few minis that i dont have in my HoM and dedicating them.

Ill hoard everything when people start selling them really cheap, and in the .01% chance that gw2 fails, ill be rich!

Well. I allready sold all i had and just by bit managed get Ded IG, and shall quit with it!

Considering I don't like the vast majority of high-end items and really dislike the whole idea of minipets I buy only those items I really, really like. That said, I'll be keeping most of them and maybe selling a few just to have some ecto and plat for some obsi armors. That way when I take a break from GW2 I can go to FoW and buy myself an armor for teh lulz.

been selling off stuff and giving proceeds to guildies n friends to help with hom/titles. will probably do that til im down to a stack or so. mainly for jic after gw2 comes out.

Keep the things that I actually like... (My Gladius/Lion Shield set... Jade Daggers... things like that) Sell the rest... and then convert it to GW2 Gold for people who want to unlock the HoM stuff. Bahaha Jk, I'll just buy more stuff that I like.

I'm planning on buying the birthday miniatures that I don't have in my hall yet, and maybe a few of the special release. I'm done with my weapon sets on all characters, the only thing I may do is buy the tormented/oppressor weapons that I don't have and put them in my hall as well. Otherwise, I'm planning on keeping the rest or helping out the guild.

I am hoping that all of you who decide to play gw2 and ditch your cute high end minis (like the IG and panda) will sell them to me for cheap since I will still be playing gw1....and I have no other high end items so no problems there.

ive sold everything i was willing to sell and my collection will be depixalized along with my characters when the apocalypse of gw1 happens.

I have made the decision to sell all but one singular type of collection (mixed dyes) and its going well im almost at 2k ecto and thats just enough to help the people that need it and max a few titles i cared little about untill gw made them SUPER EASY to max (drunkard if ya catch my drift). good times

Sold a few r7 swords and made almost 5k ectos wich will be given to my guild mates and help them get their titles.

i dont have anything really high end, but if i did, i suppose i would just keep it. or possibly let a friend use it if they were still playing. but, i think out of the people i know, i will most likely be the last one left in this game lol

I am fighting inflation in GW by buying all the armbraces in Kamadan and then deleting them. Its a tough job but somebody has to do it. Hopefully by GW2 I'll run out of ecto. Or there will be no Armbraces left. Whichever comes first.

HILARIOUS, it is impossible to buy every armbrace, but i do applaud your effort. I dont think many will understand what your doing but I think I get it. while most take pleasure in collecting, you take pleasure in destroying... that is awesome. Thanks for posting that.
