Mods close anything else I have active!
Looking for some relatively specific Echovald shields to round out my mesmer's shield collection. I prefer tactics, and the req itself doesn't matter. The important part are the mods, and here is what I'm looking for:
1. +58-60 while hexed/-3 while hexed
2. +29-30/-20% daze duration
3. +44-45 while enchanted/-2 while enchanted
4. +29-30/-20% cripple duration
