Closed: PC q9 Bo Staff

Hi, I was wondering if the following staff is worth anything:

Q9 Smiting Bo Staff (gold)
holy dmg 11-22
HSR of Spells 19%
Reduced Cripple Duration by 20%

It's uninsc., I left out prefix/suffix mods, as I don't think they matter much.
I know perfect ones with desirable stats are worth alot, but don't know about this one. So, what do the gurus on here think? Merch this crap?

Merch, the (white) inherent 19% isn't max and -20%cripple is not a desirable mod.
