Does anybody know for sure ways to check if the account is linked or not?

I think I remember Non-Linked ones being able to change the email in game, and linked ones taking you to the website.

Is there another way to verify this if at all?

ya type in your character name into the HoM calculator (found on gw2 official site), under honor/titles section look for the accounts linked (3 pts). if you have it its linked, if not its unlinked.

I don't have an NCSoft account. I bought codes for Prophecies and EotN two months ago when I started playing GW, and I got the accounts linked points.
