title is vague but stats are: armor 16(rq 10 tactics) healing prayers +1(chance 20%). Im not familiar with wars or monks so idk if this is good.

If anything nothing over 10k tbh
Some collector might want it cause its +1/20 heal, but its q10 & a single mod.
