Ive got all 4 gw titles, and i want to install and then run the .exe on -image to download all data.

Im just wondering how much data ill download in total, need to know so i can work out with my bandwidth cap.

The whole .dat is just over 3 GB

If you install from the dvd you can save yourself ~2gb worth of downloading

Install from the latest dvd prob Nightfall or EYE in theory the later the dvd the more up to date the files are.

This is why I love boxed copies: physical manuals, usually posters, sonetimes more like an ost or w/e to boot. (If I know I like it I always get collectors).

I have a 10gig bandwidth cap (gotta love being in Canada, worst internet services in the West). So what I do is install off of all the disks I have to get the most out of it possible, I work my way up to eotn so I probably only need that one. I think mines 4Gb but I haven't re-installed in almost 3 years. You certainly save around 2Gb roughly with the disks. There's still around 150-300mb on the first load iirc (town, I forget the grey screen dl amount). Either way, be prepared to fork out $10 for the overcharge depending on you plan because, this early in the month, you'll probaby go over. I played gw for 5h once and only used 30mb, so its very low in running.

That matches what I've got. Installed from boxed disc, then did an -image and only had to download about 400 MB.

Yea ive got it up and running, i decided against -image cause like you say its early in the month so rather just download what i need when i need it.
