Observing GvG and in RA, some warriors are moving after Devastating Hammer, Crushing Blow, moving and why?
They do even when enemy was knock down. I just wondering but I didn't ask why at RA.
So I ask here. Why they do?

If you mean after those skills its because they position themselves for another kd/+dps(bulls/Protectors) so they stand by the side of the opponent, and then its easier to get that condition

I am curious as to how some of the top warriors manage to move between each axe swing, while maintaining their attack animation and speed. Whenever I try to, I always end up resetting my animation so my attack speed suffers.

It's called Quarterstepping(Qstep). You do It to re-position yourself for that extra attack when they get up (Before they kite away) or for easier bulls etc. However, in 2011 you will see warriors do It just to spin in circles just because they think It's ... cool.

originally it was done to move around a target to get closer to youe next one, or so that you could get infront of the character so they would have to "backpeddle" to get away (most decent players click to move however so don't backpeddle)
nowadays people just do it and don't even know why, pretty much just cause they can ...
For people wondering. There are some video guides on youtube. But really... don't bother if you don't play high-end pvp.

Is everyone ignoring the most obvious reason, or at least nobody has clearly stated it, they have stated how they do it but not why they do it.
With most hammer skills if you just attack as soon as you can (and you have most of the time 2 knockdown skills) you will not knock them down with your second skill since they will still be getting up.
So you knock them down do a different skill maybe like extra damage when knocked down then you move and you hit your second knock down skill, because you have moved for a split second it will give you just enough time to hit the second knock down without it being stopped by the target still getting up.
@pugs not drugs, that's all to do with timing, i don't know if you can do it all the time consistently but if it's well timed you can swing while moving.
