Channeling Shields

Do shields drop with Channeling Magic +1 (20% Chance)? Or any rit attribute? I know they drop in proph with the core caster attributes. Do ritualist shields drop in factions? Ideally I'd want something like:

16 armor
Channeling Magic +1 (20% Chance)
+30hp

If so, what kind of price would it be? Not looking for an exact price check, just want to know if it would be under 100k or like 17 stacks of ectos etc.

I do not recall ever seeing a shield with +1 to ritu attribute.

Ritualist attribute shields do not exist. You will never find a shield with +1 to Spawning, Channeling, etc. The only +1 attribute shields you will find will be for core professions minus rangers - Warrior, Monk, Necro, Mesmer, Elementalist.

Also, the only primary attributes you can find on a shield are Strength and Divine Favor - Soul Reaping, Energy Storage, and Fast Casting shields don't exist either.

the real question is why would you ever want one of those.....the +1 attribute mods are really bad

What else would I use? I have no energy or casting issues, I don't need a focus or a staff. I could use armor inscriptions, but I honestly don't remember the last time I dropped below 95% health in the last 8 million xp.

just a simple example : In the deep / urgoz, some enemies will spam chaos storm on you if you are a caster, unless you have a shield + martial weapon set. The only purpose of those shield is avoiding this skill, but the other mods don't really matter. From the choices of mods you can get, the +1 att 20% are amongst the best imo. Plus it looks cool
