PC r9 defensive zodiac staff of fortitude

I have just started playing guild wwars again after a long break and I was wondering if someone could give me a price check on this?

half skills recharge of spells (chance 20%)

fire dmg 11-22 (req 9 spawning)
halves casting time of spells (chance 10%)
armour +5
health +30

mayby 20-30k maxim even 20/10 non Insc , sod myself few weeks ago q10 with less then 15k spawning .

Inherent, 35-65k, but probably only the higher end if you keep it on your page forever, spam forever, or relist it indefinitely. I paid almost 100k once for a 20/10, but it was a channeling req I missed from my collection and wanted to be done with it.

Just as a verification that, I refer to all attributes, not spawning in particular.
