There are a lot of 19/19's or 9/19 stuffs listed for sale, dolls, jugs and fans and well, the fact that they're still listed might lend reason to believe that people aren't willing to overpay for imperfect but once in a while.
Your best bet is to place it into an auction, hide your reserve and b/o, and see how it goes, then set accordingly. If the response is tepid, there is your answer as to its probable value.
