If i have a ranger with dedicated items and i want to remake her to get a survivor title on her will my reward points for that dedicated item go away after i delete her?

You don't have to restart the character. They changed it.

You can never lose HoM progress. Once something is in, it's in for good. So to answer your question directly, deleting your Ranger (and the dedicated items too, if you want) will not cause you to lose HoM points. [And, as above, you don't need to restart for survivor anyway].

You dont have to delete a character to get survivor-title anymore... since the big update in march 2011 you "just" have to gain 1,337,500 xp without dying to get the legendary survivor title.

For the rest i am not sure about your questsion... when you remove a character i am very sure that the HOM of that character will be gone too. But i dont know what happens with the achievements (like collected minipets, etc) of that character.

HoM is account based. nothing disappears when you delete a toon. people have already explained the nerfed 'survivor' title.
