Can you only do the wanted missions once?

I finished Wanted Justiciar Kasandra a while ago, and I can't get her again today. If you finish a wanted quest, you can't do it again?

That one is repeatable, just wait until the bounty is offered again (in 3 weeks according to the wiki):

EDIT: Read the question wrong. Do you already have 3 Wanted quests in your log? You can only have 3 at a time.

Oh okay! So if you turn in a quest the day its available you can't get it again?

Trick is to turn it in the day before. I do the same thing with Vanguard quests in Pre.

This also applies to zaishen missions, if my memory serves me correctly, and will probably also apply to zaishen vanquishes when the cycle repeats in a few days time (if you still have unclaimed rewards from all those months ago).
