Add Weapons of Purity to Tolkano

Title is pretty self-explanatory.

Oppressor weapons were added to Tolkano (at the rather exorbitant price of 180 rps/30 gold coins), so maybe this is going to come with the Imperial weapons, but I wouldn't rule out them forgetting about it.

don't most of those weapons have a common skin?
the daggers are cool though.

The Wands and Foci are unique in that they use the skin of a weapon of another type: The wands use the Paper Fan model, and the foci use one Chromium Shard. These currently cannot be replicated in any way.

I always say that every single skin should be available both as a drop, PvE reward of crafted and as a PvP reward, each one with an unique name.

So if a skin gets added as a green only, it should also be available as PvE drop, reward or craftable, and also as PvP reward.
If it's seen as PvP reward only, it should also be available as PvE drop, reward or craftable too.
And if it's only available as PvE drop, reward or craftable, only, it should be available also as PvP reward.

I /agree with this if the skins that are exclusive to PvP weapons are made available to PvEers.
