I wouldn't merch it but I wouldn't buy it either. Being such a peculiar thing I'd probably stash it and LOI every time I see it. Gotta love oddball items. <3

Shame about the +11energy, lowers the price to 20k or so imo. The range is pretty wide though since some collectors out there may be prepared to dish out more.

dual negate with nerfed - even non max mod - on eternal skin
should be worth quite a bit but not sure exactly how much
