does health regenrate after Sacrifice?

After using a skill that causes Sacrifice, does my health regenerate afterwards? Or will my health be sacrificed for the entire time I'm in the explorable area?

Sacrifice causes you to lose a certain amount of your current health (not your max health). You can regain that health in any way you normally do - skills, regeneration, etc. Mess around with some skills with sacrifice costs if you're not sure - there is no permanent downside to doing so.

the health loss will be done in the form of damage. So with a 10% health sacrifice and e.g. 500 health in total, you'll see your healthbar drop down with 50 points.
This can be reverted in the usual ways (outside of combat by having natural health regen or by healing skills or chants that give you health regen.

Not meaning to be rude, but you could have just tried a sacrifice skill and find out for yourself. But yes, you do regain the hp just like if you had taken normal damage.

... of your maximum health of course.
Take BiP. Use it. You'll do the same amount of saccing each time, no matter what your current health is.
If you lost a percentage of your current health, you wouldn't be able to sac yourself to death with BiP for example. For instance if your current health is 100 hp, it would go like this: 100 hp -> 67 hp -> 45 hp -> 30 hp -> 20 hp -> 13 hp -> 9 hp -> 6 hp -> 4 hp -> 3 hp -> 2 hp -> 1 hp -> 1 hp -> 1 hp -> 1 hp -> etc., resulting in you never being able to kill yourself.
Instead, it goes like this: 100 hp -> 67 hp -> 34 hp -> 1 hp -> death.

Wrong. It is a percentage of your current health, rounded up to the nearest whole number - you can only kill yourself with a sacrifice if you're at 1hp.

Also just to add in hopefully without confusing anyone if your max health is only 1hp then you can sac health all you want without losing health as long as the sacrafice is below 50%.
