I keep trying this mission but i get about half way to the Key bosses and my Hero's decide to run off and pull everyone. If i go the other way with the Direct assault all my guys cant get past the second jade armor. If anyone has advice/wants to help that would be fantastic. Thanks in advance

Given the information you told so far: Get better builds for you and your hero's.

To give you more detailed information, I would like to know what hero's and what builds you are using.

Maybe take your heroes off 'fight' and put them on 'guard' for that section. And pull small groups to them.

I would check that your heroes' panels aren't set to "attack" mode, if they are, put them on "guard" mode.
