War in Kryta Question

Hey guys! Okay, so I was doing the War in Kryta quests, but I'm at a dead end. I went to Talmark Wilderness and got the first Dialogue, returned to Temple of Ages, and went back to Talmark Wilderness to get the Livia and Zinn Dialogue. This marked off Asuran Allies on my quest list, but not Ebon Vanguard Allies. I tried going back again to get it, but it didn't work. I also tried getting it in the Gate Keep in Lion's Arc but it wasn't there either. I can't continue War in Kryta without it... what do I do? Was I not supposed to complete Eye of the North before doing these quests?

You should do the Ebon vanguard part. This starts with the quest a good deed. Wich requires you finished the ebon vanguard part of Eye of the North. After that lt Thackeray will be standing out side EotN outpost in the ice cliff chasm giving you the quest. Follow the above links and you should be on track again.
