FoWSC or UWSC Group - Need Practice

I've recently become interested in FoWSC and UWSC, but can't seem to find a solid practice group for either. Most people that go are looking for super experienced people--something I'm not. Therefore, I'm looking for practice groups or a full group willing to take a noob and tell him what to do/not to do For FoWSC, I want to run VoS (I actually did a run today, but they failed), and for UWSC I want to run E/Mo bonder.
