a non max req 10? I don't think it'll be that much.

Salvage off the mods and you can probably get 3k for each of those.

It is max damage and max in everything else! Also, you can't ususally salvage mods out of old Factions items.

That' a really nice bow but for some reason people say celestials aren't worth anything these days. However, there are a lot of new players who want old items with unique skins. Girls players like celestial a lot more than male players though.

I don't know how much they would go for, unfortunately, because I just keep my Celestials for my own characters. However, some players have asked where I got the celestials from so there is some interest.

15-28 is max, not 14-28. So the only valuable thing on that bow is probably the HP mod.

Bow itself is rubbish: non max.

Salvage mods and with patience sell them for 4k ea.
