It is max damage and max in everything else! Also, you can't ususally salvage mods out of old Factions items.
That' a really nice bow but for some reason people say celestials aren't worth anything these days. However, there are a lot of new players who want old items with unique skins. Girls players like celestial a lot more than male players though.
I don't know how much they would go for, unfortunately, because I just keep my Celestials for my own characters. However, some players have asked where I got the celestials from so there is some interest.
