Storage clearance-weapons, mods, inscripts, tomes, EVERYTHING 1/2 OFF NOW

UPDATE: I'm getting tired of waiting around to sell my stuff so until further notice (which may not even come) EVERYTHING with a listed price here is 1/2 off. I'm not going to update the whole list with 1/2 prices since I may change my mind at some point in the future, so if you want something look at the price and divide it by 2 and that's how much I want now.

First things first:If you want something on the list then try to check if I'm online (or at least not AFK) first, and if not then just post here and I'll get back to you when I can. I'm not going to great lengths to hunt you down to make a deal though so don't expect me to. Most of the time I'm logged in as Quizor Broham (as the name here suggests) but I might be on a storage alt or something so add me on your friends list and see if I'm online if you want to buy something. I'm logged in at various times so I can't really give you an ideal time to whisper me. If I'm not online (or AFK, as mentioned below) then feel free to add me to your friend's list and try again later. I'm not going to sit around in town all day waiting for people to buy stuff so if I'm out killing things then I'll let you know if I'll be done soon or if I'm about to go AFK or what. I will try to accommodate you as best I can but don't get your panties in a bunch if I don't obey your every whim immediately or you'll be on the ignore list. I have a tendency to go AFK whenever I feel like it (just in case somebody takes this the wrong way, I will respond to you at least once if I'm at the keyboard) since most of the time I play with my team of heroes. After posting this I'll try to put my status as "away" if I know I'll be AFK for an extended period of time, but if I'm AFK then don't freak out; I will do my best to get back to you when I can. These prices are not absolute; I'm not averse to a bit of haggling but be reasonable or I will be annoyed. I also might initiate a bit of haggling myself (not as likely though) when dealing with some of the items I have so if you really don't want to deal with that possibility at all then don't whisper me. Lastly, I'll put at least a reasonable effort into updating the thread when something gets sold but if you freak out because I no longer have something you want you will be swiftly ignored. Also, it's possible I'll make a mistake or 2 while posting this or something so if that happens don't throw a tantrum or you'll be ignored. Finally, if/when this thread appears abandoned (which I'll try to avoid, but it's possible) and you want something from this list (or similar items as well) then try messaging me anyways, especially if you want a weapon upgrade because those tend to sit in my storage for a long time.
Moving on, I need to clean out my storage something fierce and I have various items to sell. Most of it consists of weapon upgrades but there's some green & gold weapons, inscriptions, tomes, etc. as well. I'll break it down into categories.

PLEASE READ: I just recently had 2 people who wanted the same item (that I only had 1 of) and since I wasn't sure what to do I just went with first come first serve and sold it to the person who was online first. In the future, if this happens again, I will check in-game to see who's online that wants it, and if there's 2 or more people, then I'll let everybody know that and I guess if somebody wants to bid higher then they get the item (if nobody wants to bid higher then I'm not sure what the policy will be), otherwise it will just be first come first served again. It isn't the best policy but I don't want to deal with a big hassle trading my items, so apologies if you get screwed out of an item you really wanted because of that.

I have a TON of survivor insignias, runes of vitae, runes of attunement, some radiant insignias, and at least 1 minor vigor rune and I'm almost always finding more so if you want to save a bit of money, buy from me instead of the trader. The prices will fluctuate for very obvious reasons so just whisper me and let me know if you want any of those. I may also have other runes & insignias but most of the time I vendor everything else quickly so don't count on it too much. ITEMS THAT YOU CAN BUY FROM A TRADER WILL NOT BE SOLD AT 1/2 PRICE FOR FAIRLY OBVIOUS REASONS.
