Wouldn't pay over 20e for that, guess you can get a bit more, maybe up to 40-50e? Unwanted, yet slightly rarer then others, skin. -2/-3 Sells for a lot less then -2/-2 and this one isn't even max.
@Kajusbonus, you're not outdated, these kind of shields used to be worth even less..

yeah, the non-max kills it. should be worthless, but since it is a dual mod req7 you should be able to get 20-30e

I think previous checks are low, for a dual mod max q7 shield, I think you can get at least 50e+.
