Looking to buy q5/13 tac (armor level 13) gold,uninsc shields. Skin not so important and would prefer -2/ench, +10 vs stuff (or +30). Let me know what you got and what you want for it. Tyvm in advance I will also consider insc

I know these bad boys exist, I've gotten them before but I didn't have the foresight to hold onto them! Jaya Bluffs NM feather farming gives lots of low-level golds, including perfect shields with low armor stats...I'm sure there are 100's of other NM low-level farms that give the same!

Lmk what you find! Vs slashing and -2/ench would make me quite happy, but generally any +45/ench, -2/ench, +30, and vs w/e would be stylie...even close mods with perfect 10 vs' would be cool
