30-40e seems fair. I sold a lot of 20/10 Bo's with different attributes for that price.

A spawning bo could get a bit higher than 40 even, being universal, but I think a lot of the ritualist casters prefer inscriptions so they can stack energy and get the generic 20% recharge with 20 energy and a health mod.
