Celestial Compass req13 Water Magic:
-no inscription/mod

Reinforced Defender req9 Motivation:
-Endurance + 45
-Inscr: reduces 20% blindness

Celestial Shield req13 Tactics:
-Devotion +45
-Inscr: +10 vs. Slashing Dmg

Voltaic Spear req12 Spear Mastery:
-Caster modded
-Zealous
-Inscr: +5 Energy

That's it :P

-no mod/Inscr

gonna have to disagree a bit, NEVER merch a celestial compass imo, that could get you at least 20-30k

q12 vs more around 25e

r9 tact gloom 5-10k
