envoy weapon is 200~220e depending on whether you just buy all the coins for 2e each or you pay a little extra to just buy the weapon

DSR you should get 22-23e without too much fuss still. They were stable at 25e, but a few on the market currently.

Sell 20e if you are in a rush.
