Enforcers of Pain

Hello All,

I am Drew, I am a Guild Wars player. Furthermore, I am going to be looking to create a small yet successful guild. . The guild is not to be some list of names, but a group of friends that know each other on a first name basis, understand the ins and outs of their respective teammate’s play styles, and learn to synergize flawlessly. It is this reason I would love to start out small, like extremely small, one five man squad small, after which we can build up, encompassing multiple squads that can operate on their own or in sync, and create a hierarchy in which everyone respects each, depends on one another, and enjoys playing with their guildies. I leave the possibility for PvP and heavy roleplaying open to individual squads, I am a fan of the tabletop style of gaming, and though PvP isn't my favorite, I could be wowed by the improvements in GW2. This guild will start effectively on release day of GW2, and I am looking for anyone looking for a smaller, squad based guild who would remain loyal during the inevitable slow startup.

This isn't persay a new guild, it actually has its roots in Unreal 1 over a decade ago, and the leader moved it over to the Xbox with a Freind for COD: Modern Warfare, moving on through WaW and Modern Warfare 2, but at that point, a few high ranking guild leader's lives got in the way, and it inevitably was desolved. I had so many fond memories of that place, it was much like a family when mine wasn't in great shape, and I am determined to watch it live on through new members who I will also come to think of as a small group of great freinds. Anyway, enough of the history lesson.

I understand that it is possible that not all races can be together on startup, so it would prove difficult to run together at the beginning. I just wanted to let you know, I plan on playing first, A Sylvari Necromancer, so if you have Sylvari character in mind; that especially would be useful in the beginning.

On another subject, I would prefer that members have at least one character with the EoP prefix in their name, so for example my name could be EoP Flash. I personally would choose a second word like a noun such as "Beserker" "Savior" or "Monster," or possibly something without the "-er" thing, like "Life" "Blood" or maybe even "Monkey" . It makes for more of an impression as a group if everyone has that kind of thing going on, with the EoP prefix, and past that I could care less what your name is, just that EoP is in it. Shows dedication and all that, and I would love dedicated members.

This is just me putting some feelers out to the many GW fans and possible recruits. I would appreciate anyone just thinking about it to leave a reply, send a message, or heck emails me, and if you are interested I'll delve deeper in my guild philosophy and plans.

Sincerely,
Drew Waits
