This meeting is our preliminary meeting to see who is interested in volunteering to host a district either as an individual, a group of friends, guild and/or alliance or a website group of some sort.

1) Finalizing District Details
2) What are the requirements for hosting reviewed and any other new hosts are welcomed.
3) What are some other ways of helping if you can't host ( ie, filming, advertising etc.)
