What items are spammable and not spammable items?

Greetings.

I'm trying to get the 3 consumable titles (party, sweet, alcohol).

I have the list of all of them, but i'm not sure what items are spammable and not. The wiki does not make it specially clear.

Some1 know the answer? i'll put the list to make it easier to respond.

Non-spammable:
* sweets that remove Death Penalty or give Morale Boost (you have to have DP in order to remove it, you have to have less than 10% boost to get more);
* tonics (technically two can be used every time you map travel, some tonics can be spammed in the Asura Lab in WiK);
* Disco Balls and Crates of the Fireworks (you have to rezone in order to use a new one).

Spammable - everything else. Everything you can click like mad and get points right away.

You can use two? for what i've tested, it only let me use 1. I guess that War in kryta asura lab is for that skill that does not let u use skills, but i don't know if it will be still there if i have already beaten the WIK missions. It still give you the points even if you fail? someone knows what tonics could be spammeable there?

Most tonics can only be used in towns or outposts. Transmogrifier and Yuletide tonics are exceptions and can be used near the Asuran Lab to take advantage of the Loose Magic effect. The secret entrance to the Asuran Lab is present even after you have completed the WiK.

If you double-click very quickly, you can get two in at once. Which technically would be quadruple clicking. I have my mouse wheel set as d-click, so all I have to do is double-click the wheel and 2 tonics get used.

I just got my Party title maxed, so I can say that these are all spammable:
Bottle Rocket
Champagne Popper
Ghost-in-the-box
snowman summoner
Sparkler
Squash Serum

The Tonics (as stated above) can only be used twice per zone. So if you have a lot of tonics, it'll take a while.

Crate of Fireworks, you have to hop from guild hall to guild hall, fastest way to do this is to swap guild halls from your alliance.

Mysterious Tonic (Same as other tonics)

Disco Ball, same as fireworks (so NOT spammable), but can be used in any outpost.

Party Beacon; don't know. I only bought one of these, not many people selling these. (But seeing as it's a fireworks show, I can imagine that you won't be able to spam it)
