Well I'm not that far yet with my mesmer in nightfall. But I know that there can be some improvement here and there, but I just dont know what to do, would like some feedback:

Well I know the melee heroes are gay and stuff, but atm dont got anything else to work with. Though Im open for suggestions, I was thinking myself to put in a panic hero when I get Norgu.

If you want to run a damage Mesmer bar then run Assassin's Promise and all that stuff. Then take a Panic Mesmer.
If you want to run a disruption based Mesmer bar then run Fevered Dreams and run an ESurge Mesmer hero instead.

Beyond that:
When you get two Rits I would replace the ER with either a SoGM offensive Rit, or for real easy mode, a ST Rit with Shelter and Displacement (give this guy some attack spirits too I guess).
I would definitely change the current Rit build to an SoS Restoration hybrid; I doubt you'd benefit much from copy-pasting EFGJack's builds.

Aah I totally forgot the AP builds! Ty will try that out Dont got Razah yet, almost ended NF so will get him very soon. WIll change razah with the ER and take some spirits on xandra. thx for ur tip dont got something other then koss?? or is he good enough :")
