I've had this on a hero for years. Figure I'll get a PC on it:

Adept Zodiac Staff of Fortitude
Halves Skill Recharge of Spells (Chance: 20%)
Energy +10
Dark Damage: 11-22 (Requires 10 Curses)
Halves Casting Time of Spells (Chance: 10%)
Halves Casting Time of Curses Spells (Chance: 20%)
Health +30

curses is good attribute, 20/10 r10 will probably go for around 50k

i sold a 20/10 R13 fire once for 20k so maybe you can get a bit more than 50k
