Pc shiro's sword

Just like the title says i need a Price check on this sword. I just completed the factions campaign and without thinking i bought a sword which i hate due it's -1 health regeneration. Here are the stats

Slashing damage: 15-22 (Requires 13 Swordsmanship)
Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Life Draining: 3
Health regeneration -1
Health +30

as most greens are nowadays, rubbish, this one is also not worth much, maybe 5 k if you are lucky, not many people that likes this skin.
