Doubt you would get 20k even.

q9 used to be circa 50k~... I had trouble selling the last few that dropped for 35k (Fully modded mind you)

Be lucky to sell q11 for much really, everyone is so fussy when it comes to req for mid-rage weps, and Draconic is quite a common drop in Deep/Urgoz.
