PvE: LF PVE Guild

Hi there, firstly i'm a fairly new player, i dabbled around on guild wars a few years ago but nothing too major, however now I'm back playing properly and wish to find a guild i can play with and enjoy the rest of the game until Guild Wars 2 comes out and i move on to that.

I'm very eager to learn and wish to learn how to do speedclears, however i know it's hard for people to bring on a newbie as i have absoluately no experience but i wish to learn and believe i learn quickly. Also I'm hoping to fill up my HoM to atleast 30/50 before Guild wars 2 hits, (currently at 14) by doing the many PvE activities around.

I'm a 19 year old whos currently searching for a job, so at the moment i have plenty of spare time to spend on guild wars. Also i'm english so a european guild would be the better choice, but generally i'm not fussed as long as the time differerence doesn't turn out to be a problem.
