Normally I process most of my own PCs looking through PC histories, but because old school with imperfect mods can fluctuate a lot by the mods, I thought it would be best to get a good PC on this specific one. I added in a couple of others that I have picked up recently that I thought I would like to double-check while I'm here.
Plagueborn Shield: r9 tactics, physical damage -5 (19%), health +29 (non-inscribable)
All others are r9, max damage, and inscribable
Draconic Spear (30-50k)
Tribal Axe (~15k)
Starfish Focus (inspiration) (~10k)
Dragon Kamas (15-20k)
Gloom Shield (strength) (10-20k)
Crenellated Sword (10-15k)
Celestial Sword (~10k)
Closed: OS dual-mod r9 tac Plagueborn Shield and a couple of others.

Thanks for the opinions so far. Would anyone else like to give some suggestions on these, especially the shield?

Not sure about the Plagueborn. The -5/20 mod is fairly unpopular for OS shields. One-off on both mods, combined with the fact it's Tactics lower the value considerably. I'd be surprised if it was worth more than 100k, personally. If you get an offer like what Bright mentioned, I'd snap it up.
