wand is merch food. staf is a real surprise to me rly. never seen such thing before... now come on.... q7, although non-max dmg but U got 10energy, HSR all 20 and HCT 20! can't help U with it now, I'll ask around but it's definitely something!

But mine has +30HP and +5energy? they are not the same?
