Question HOH map - Capture Points

I want to know the opinion of the players about this HoH map when 2 teams have a tied.

The wiki says:

If two or more teams are tied, the team which achieved the most recent kill wins.

And a lot of people ingame say that the team who has the central shrine will win.

Then, how really works that?

I haven't HA'd in a while but it was always last kill as far as i remember.

It's about last skill yes... but you need to consider that this map is festival of ganks and jokes around last min, so it's usually quite hard to win on a tie purposely...
